The Cleveland Indians signed right-handers Anthony Reyes and Adam Miller to minor league contracts on Sunday. Reyes, whose contract includes a non-roster invitation to spring training, is currently rehabbing from reconstructive surgery on his pitching elbow in June after going 1-1 with a 6.57 ERA in eight starts for the Indians last season.
